An access card lock is installed on the pool and tennis gates and no one can enter without using an access card, the rear gate to the tennis court will be permanently locked. Please know that if you are renting your house, you are responsible for relinquishing your privileges for use of the facilities and giving your access card to your renter. As the Holly Glen homeowner you are also responsible for ensuring that all rules are adhered to by your renter.

Please note: If your assessment account is 45 days past due, you are at risk of having your access to the
facilities revoked until it is paid in full.

This year Holly Glen Homeowners Association, Inc. has contracted with Carolina Pool Management to maintain the pool, employ lifeguards and ensure that the pool season runs smoothly. The hours of coverage are 9:00 am to 8:30 pm daily.

The Rules & Regulations for the Recreation Complex are included. Members, and their guests, who use these facilities are expected to comply with these standards. Should you have any questions about them, you may contact the Recreation Chairperson and find a copy posted at the pool. The Rules & Regulations of the Recreation Complex are subject to change.
